Charlie Henke is a founding partner of Henke Law Firm, LLP. His practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of commercial and contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business tort claims and real estate and title insurance disputes. He has first-chaired jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts and has handled the arbitration of securities disputes, law firm partnership disputes and construction claims.
A member of the American Bar Association, Mr. Henke currently serves on the Business Torts Litigation, the Real Estate and Probate Litigation and the Commercial & Business Litigation Committees of the ABA Litigation Section. He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. He serves on the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice section, Business Litigation, the Trial Techniques and Title Insurance Litigation Committees of the American Bar Association. Mr. Henke was recently appointed to the American Bar Association Advisory Panel.
Mr. Henke is a member of various sections of the State Bar of Texas including the Litigation, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law and the Antitrust and Business Litigation sections.
