Biography: Colin S. Sherrod handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation issues for corporations and individuals. Colin's main focus is in the arena of contract, lease, fraud, and real estate disputes, but also has experience representing employers in employment discrimination suits, premises liability suits, and American's Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance litigation. Additionally Colin also advises clients on various business formation and estate planning issues. In addition to his legal practice, Colin is also the author of Terrorism: Much Ado About Nothing, published in Currents International Trade Journal, and serves as a board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth South Texas College of Law Alumni Association. Fellow: Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
